A former kaduna state governorship aspirant under the All ProgressivesCongressAPC, Alhaji Sani Sha’aban dump APC, Sani Sha’aban who have been in disagreement with APC over the primary election that produced Senator Uba Sani. Sha’aban had earlier approached the federal high Court seating in kaduna state seeking the disqualification of the APC’s primary election as he said the othentic list of the deligates was tempered with. But the court ealir this month dismissed the suit challenging the emergence of Senator Uba Sani as kaduna APC gubernatorial Candidate. saying it lacks the jurisdiction to deliver judgement on the said matter.
