Atleast one can clearly see the reason why the people of kachia/Kagarko used the power of their PVC’s to totally reject Hon Gabriel Saleh Har, the outgoing member kachia/Kagarko federal house of representatives by voting him out during the just concluded general elections, though they never voted him sha.
It’s very shameful that a lawmaker is totally ignorance of the electoral laws he’s part of the house that made.
But since he’s ignorant of it which has resulted him to misleading his blind supporters.
LET ME EDUCATE YOU A LITTLE ON IT MR MEMBER.
Number one, there’s no room for any re-run when the returning officer already declared the winner of the election and INEC had already issued him the certificate of return.
Number two, only the court can order for the withdrawal of the certificate of return and order for a re-run or fresh election if they find any substantial reason for it.
Number three, except if the election was declared inconclusive by the returning officer.
Number four, the number of the total registered voters of the Bishini ward you thought you could use to robbed the people of kachia/Kagarko as you did in 2019 is not up to the number of votes you are beaten with by our principal Rt Hon David Umar Gurara of PDP.
On this note, i will advise that you humbly accept a gentleman defeat and stop stressing your innocent media boys by misleading them that Har is coming.
Though actually, Har is coming, since he’s definitely coming back home.
